International Shipping is £10 (estimated 5-10 working days)
For all international shipping, please note that any import taxes, customs and local sales taxes levied and associated with international delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note - That some of our products are custom-made-to-order, and/or shipped directly from our international designers. In these cases the product description will contain an estimate of delivery timescales if not the above. This does not affect the delivery costs.

You may return or exchange all items (with the exception of pierced earrings, face masks and beauty products) purchased from our on line store within 14 days of purchase.

You may return or exchange all items (with the exception of pierced earrings, face masks and beauty products) purchased from our on line store within 14 days of purchase.
For all items, we will be happy to offer a full refund if faulty or credit provided the item is returned fully intact (please keep the labels on the item) along with the proof of purchase within the 14 day period. Items returned outside of the 14 day window but within 30 days, will receive store credit. Please note, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Returned items may be shipped via courier or Royal Mail dependent on the customer preference, please obtain proof of posting to show when the item was sent.
